Harvest was born out of a vision to offer a high-quality, farm-fresh menu created with the healthiest ingredients local farmers and purveyors had to offer. Catering to active, discerning families who want to enjoy a health-conscious menu in an upscale-casual atmosphere. Harvest has certainly found its niche. The restaurant strives to be sustainable across the board, featuring a seasonally changing farm-to-table menu (where 90% of the menu is under 500 calories no less), using organic cleaning products and using recyclable materials in all the restaurants.
“Harvest is about using local farmers, creating great meals with healthy preparation that are under 500 calories,” says Dave Magrogan, CEO of The Dave Magrogan Group, which includes the five Harvest locations in Glen Mills, Center City, Susquehanna, Moorestown and North Wales. “It’s about mainstreaming lower-calorie lunch and dinners with local food sources but still keeping it fun. We’ve grown by word of mouth. When healthy people find out about it, they like it and they tell other people. People have really migrated toward it.”
